Tend Creativity Together
Explore new offerings to navigate the unknown.
We are in the eye of the storm, the twilight between things as they are and what they may become.
This comes from many places: the “in-between” time of waiting, anticipation, and preparing for what is to come with the next federal administration, navigating personal and communal awe and struggle, feeling the impacts of climate change, mourning the ongoing violence during the genocide in Gaza, on and on.
I am in my second year as a Jewish Studio Process Fellow, beginning my practicum to build my creative facilitation muscle. Something that is taught through this process is to follow your deep yearning: what do you feel most called to?
The thought is that this is what others may need as well.
I am still in deep tending and cultivating my new business and am excited to share more about that soon. You can read more about that process in my last post.
But for now and from this place of becoming, I want to share where I am turning to for nourishment, then invite you to some offerings in the coming months.
These are spaces I need too and I hope you’ll join me.
I have been paging through the most recent publication of Sick Magazine, an independent, magazine exploring illness and disability. It has rich images and meaningful writing - it feels like a multimedia collage in 2D.
Other than being deeply called out (seen?) by Spotify Wrapped, I have been listening to the following on repeat.
Tend Creativity to Begin 2025
Sustain Studio: Reach for Each Other
Join Sustain Studio for a 3-part series exploring what it means to sustain in winter, during hibernation, and in the midst of chaos/collapse/isolation. We'll explore the idea of "to sustain" informed by Baratunde Thurston's framing of "sustain as in to sustain life" and adrienne maree brown's refrain of "life moves towards life."
What will each session entail? A guided session using the Jewish Studio Process and explore what it means to "sustain life" in this moment with unique entries into this theme each session.
When: January 6, 13 & 20th from 7:00 - 8:30 pm CT
Where: RESOURCE • 512 East 24th Street Minneapolis, MN, 55404
Cost: sliding scale $5 - 25 per session ($10 - $75 for series)
Tea and art materials will be provided.
Sustain Studio: Creativity as Sacred Study
As part of ENGAGE!, an afternoon of Jewish Learning and Culture, this session will explore the creation story and what creativity can open for us in Jewish learning and spirituality through the Jewish Studio Process.

When: February 9 from 10:00 - 11:30 am CT
Where: Virtual via Zoom

New Offering: Alignment Coaching
This offering is designed to help individuals cultivate sustainable habits, clarify priorities, and integrate meaningful practices into their daily lives.
It begins with a free 30-minute consultation to explore areas of focus like values, goals, habits, and spiritual practices. From there, you can opt for "tending bundles" offering 3-12 sessions over three months, with sliding-scale pricing and tailored tools like an "integration plan" to support deep alignment with your desired lifestyle.
Offering Feedback
As you’ve likely gathered, I am building offerings about creative practice, intentional convening, and supporting individuals to have more ease and focus in the swirl of their priorities for 2025.
Take a few minutes to give me feedback on future offerings and share what you’d want to see.
Sending ease your way and until next time,
